Website developed for members of different NGOs working in Laos to centralize photos and other documents (Power-Point, PDF, eventually videos) in an unique system. Based on SPIP framework, and a template from Themeforest.com, the website proposes specific accesses to different ranges of contributors. Technically, the system generates optimized photos with specific watermarks. The purpose is double: show exceptional clichés made by professionals workers, and to connect photographers with people interested in use of the photos.
